**Lakeside Barn Personal Training Policy**
**SESSION POLICY**
The most important factor in improving health, fitness, and achieving results is consistency. Training regularly and turning up for each session is just as important as the quality of the workout. Personal training guarantees that you will receive quality instruction and professional service.
Our training sessions are valuable, and we ask that you respect this by giving us 24 hours' notice prior to any designated session if you are unable to attend. Failure to do so may result in sessions still being charged.
If, for any reason, we need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your next session will be provided free of charge.
**REFUNDS**
We are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. If you have any questions about your Personal Training Client Agreement or any concerns regarding Personal Training, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
If you are unable to continue your Personal Training sessions due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for any remaining sessions. You will need to provide us with evidence (i.e., a letter from your doctor) explaining that you are unable to continue for medical reasons, including a time frame for this restriction, prior to a refund being given. Refunds cannot be provided under any other circumstances.
When you have chosen one of our training blocks that suit your requirements, these will only be valid for a certain period of time. The platinum block will expire within 6 months of purchase, gold in 4 months, silver in 3 months, and bronze in 2 months. Training slots cannot be held for clients who do not attend on a regular basis and may have to forfeit their slots for another person.
**INJURY**
We understand that there are times when you may not be able to participate in the session due to an injury, but this does not mean you should not train at all.
As long as you give us 24 hours' notice, we can plan an alternative session for you that takes your injury into consideration.

As with any professional business, I am not happy unless you are. If for some reason you are not satisfied with my service, please let me know so I can endeavor to provide you with the highest quality of service and rectify any problems.
**PERSONAL AGREEMENT**
I, ………………………………………………….., understand that certain elements of personal training can be physically demanding. As a condition of my enrollment, I accept full and complete responsibility for my own participation in the sessions and for my physical and emotional well-being and the attainment of the goals I/we have established.
This means I acknowledge Robert Cloke’s recommendations and will obtain a doctor’s approval for my participation in this program if he deems it necessary.
I agree to hold Robert Cloke free and harmless of any and all liability for any death, subsequent injury, or health complication that may result from or be aggravated by my participation in this program.
I understand that I must notify Robert Cloke at least 24 hours in advance of any changes I wish to make to my training timetable, as failure to do so may result in the session still being charged.
