Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
Yes you can train as a couple or even as a small group if you wish, sometimes an extra person can make training easier especially in the early stages.
If you cancel within 24hrs of your session you will forfeit that session!. “I will always try and reschedule so this does not happen”
Very easy just Call, txt or email and leave your name and number with a short message and I will be in contact quickly.
You will need comfy clothes and a clean pair of appropriate footwear, also it is recommended to bring a bottle of water! although drinking water can be provided.
if you have any medicine issues please bring any medications that may be needed.
